About us
TARGET WORLD is a young brand that combines training, events and conferences with hunting culture, shooting sports, fine food and a rural way of life. At the TARGET WORLD campus in Landscheid, this includes, across 14 hectares in the Eifel region, a hunting school, modern shooting ranges, a store and gun room, a restaurant and lodge, as well as seminars, conferences and events.
There is plenty of material for great content here – it just needs to be told. That is exactly why we are looking for you.
Your Responsibilities
MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA
- Editorial planning and management of our channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Capturing, editing, and publishing photos and short videos on campus – during courses, shooting sessions, seminars, and in the restaurant
- Writing copy for the website, newsletters, and advertisements
- Maintaining the website and course/shop content in WordPress and WooCommerce
- Preparing and sending our newsletters to customers and course participants
- Creating print materials: flyers, course and menu cards, signage on the grounds
- Collaborating with partners, manufacturers, and associations on joint promotions
- Evaluating reach and registrations – and deciding what to repeat
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Planning and organizing our own events, from cooking events to the Blaser Cup
- Managing corporate events, conferences, and private functions on campus
- Coordinating schedules and processes with the kitchen, shooting operations, academy, and lodge
- Processing inquiries, quotes, and participant lists
- On-site event support, as well as post-event follow-up and evaluation
- Preparing our presence at trade fairs and partner events
Your Profile
- Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media, or event management – or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient use of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including the production side
- Experience with photo and video: shooting, editing, subtitling
- Clear, clean writing – impeccable spelling
- Basic knowledge of WordPress; experience with WooCommerce or newsletter tools is a plus
- Organizational talent and the composure to maintain an overview on event days
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Interest in hunting, shooting sports, and rural lifestyle – prior knowledge is not a must
