Our 360° Event Center is a place for culinary experiences. With high-quality regional products, creative cooking classes, and exclusive events, we inspire connoisseurs, companies, and private groups. A special focus is on modern game cuisine – from professional processing to extraordinary menus.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent planning and preparation of high-quality dishes for events, seminars, and functions
- Professional processing of game, regional, and seasonal products
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of cooking classes, game cooking seminars, and culinary experience events
- Active supervision and professional guidance of our seminar participants and guests
- Development of creative menus as well as new seminar and event concepts
- Organization of kitchen operations including mise en place, goods receiving, inventory management, and ordering
- Ensuring and implementing applicable hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
- Support for exclusive caterings, corporate events, and special occasions
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a Chef or a comparable qualification
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and enjoyment of regional and sustainable food
- Interest in game cuisine; practical experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and imparting culinary knowledge
- Creativity, initiative, and a high sense of quality
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Team player, flexible, and willing to work evenings and weekends
