Concept and philosophy
Enjoy regionality in a healthy, tasty and varied way
We also follow our passion at Restaurant Weidblick. We are driven by the demand for high-quality dishes with natural origins. We want to create an awareness of game meat of regional origin in order to emphasize the positive aspects associated with it. This includes venison from our own hunting grounds, shot by hunters and processed by regional businesses.
But vegetarians also get their money’s worth at Restaurant Weidblick. We use everything that the forest and meadows have to offer for our meat-free dishes. Regardless of which dish you choose, the most important ingredient in all our dishes is fair grazing. And you can taste it!
Why Weidblick?
With “Weidblick”, we combine the basic idea of pastoral justice and create a bridge between tradition and modernity, without losing sight of our culinary vision. Our aim is to offer a complete culinary experience that not only delights the palate, but also underlines our respect for nature and its resources.
With this in mind, we place particular emphasis on the holistic utilization of the game from our hunting grounds, as rooted in the teachings of pastoral justice. In doing so, we draw on the tradition of hunting and transfer it to the modern world by creating innovative compositions and variations. For us, this means providing you with an unforgettable dining experience – we all put our heart and soul into it and work hand in hand.

Exclusive designs, carefully selected materials with high-quality workmanship and handcrafted details create a unique atmosphere. Outside, you have a unique view of the shooting range and experience the flair of the TARGET WORLD Campus up close.

The TARGET WORLD hunting competence and shooting performance center at the Landscheid site with hunting school, shooting ranges, store, lodge, restaurant, seminars, conferences and events was funded by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
