At Restaurant Weidblick, we follow our passion. Our drive comes from the demand for high-quality dishes of natural origin. We want to create an awareness of regional game meat to highlight the positive aspects associated with it. This includes venison from our own hunting grounds, harvested by hunters and processed by regional businesses.
Vegetarians will also find plenty to enjoy at Restaurant Weidblick. For our meatless dishes, we utilize everything the forest and meadows have to offer. Regardless of which dish you choose, “Weidgerechtigkeit” (ethical hunting principles) is the most important ingredient in all our meals. And you can taste it!
